At Uchinoko Maker, we strive to provide high-quality AI artistic transformations for your pet photos. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
General Policy: All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our service—offering immediate access to downloadable digital content—**all sales are final and non-refundable**. Once you have successfully paid for and unlocked the high-definition image without watermarks, the service is considered fully delivered.
We provide a clear preview (with watermarks) before payment so you can assess the artistic style and quality. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that the result meets your expectations.
Exceptions for Refunds
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion under the following specific circumstances:
- **Technical Failure**: You paid for the service, but the system failed to unlock the image or provide a download link, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
- **Duplicate Charge**: You were charged multiple times for the exact same generation ID due to a payment processing error.
Non-Qualifying Reasons
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- "I don't like the style" (Please use the preview to judge before paying).
- "I forgot to download the image" (Please download immediately after payment as we do not store files permanently).
- "I uploaded the wrong photo".
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us at **support@uchinokomaker.com** within **24h** of the purchase.
You MUST include:
- The **PayPal Transaction ID**.
- The email address used for payment.
- A brief description of the issue (and screenshots if applicable).
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
